Q. What area do you serve?
A. Our service area is approximately a 20 mile radius around the Rockland/Rockport/Camden area. If you are not sure if your home is located in our service area, please call us at 207-596-7006 and let’s discuss it.

Q. What is the charge for your services?
A. What we charge is based on the custom Peace of Mind plan created for you and your home. After we talk about your needs and understand your property, we will give you a Peace of Mind plan that includes costs and terms. We can provide one-time services but customers who sign an annual agreement enjoy substantial savings on all of our services.

Q. How quickly do you respond to requests?
A. We have two methods for placing requests – online at www.leisuremaine.com and by phone. We provide a same day guarantee that you will receive a solution or update to your question before the day is done.

Q. We sometimes have guests that use our home when we are not there. Do you provide services for those times as well?
A. Absolutely. We will prepare your home for your guests arrival with the same level of detail as always. Our departure services are great when you have had unattended guests because you know your home will be returned to its pristine condition for your next arrival.

Q. I have a special request. Can you take care of that?
A. Yes! Our concierge service will handle any request as long as it is not illegal or immoral!
