Home Care Maintenance

Caring for your home is a continual and ongoing process, it seems like the job list never ends. Do you find that a helping hand could be useful? We, at Leisure Maine Services, would like to offer you that helping hand. With a complete range of maintenance and care services, we can provide you with as much or as little help as you require. Our “Peace of Mind Plan” can be tailored to fit your specific needs.

Our suggested Home Care “Peace of Mind Plan” would be a monthly visit to your home. Any problems that you may have can be discussed and resolved. An overall evaluation of your home’s interior and exterior is done.

This visit includes:

  • Security - Check that your home is properly protected against unwanted intrusion of man or beast.
  • Electrical- Verify electrical systems and appliances, Check lights, replace bulbs as necessary.
  • Plumbing- Fix leaks and drips. Check sinks, showers and toilets. Check hot water heater.
  • Heat and Ventilation – Check furnace and heating systems. Check A/C filters and ducting.
  • Leaks - Check for roof leaks in house.
  • Storm Damage - Inspect house exterior and grounds for storm damage. After severe storm, visit home for exterior inspection and report to owner.
  • Yard Issues - Monitor yard to see whether services have been administered and whether flowerbeds, hedges and trees are in good order.
  • Preventative Maintenance- Your “Peace of Mind Plan would include our twice yearly Preventative Maintenance package. $95.00 value
  • Advise owner of pressing issues - If anything in the monthly inspection requires attention then we will advise you of the situation, make recommendations and work to your instruction.
  • Fire and Police contact – We can be your local contact for emergencies.
  • Report - Provide written biennial report on all activities, problems found and how resolved.

Price for Home Care Maintenance Program

$39/month for single home, up to 3000 Sq Ft, with annual contract.
Call us for a custom quote for condominiums and larger homes.
Clients receive a 5% discount on all other in-house services.
