ONSITE TRAILER RENTAL
Coachmen Catalina 28' Trailer
Rental rates: $750 per week
Long-term On-site rentals:
From 4 weeks to 8 weeks $450 per week
From 9 weeks to 16 weeks $400 per week
From 17 weeks plus $350 per week
Insurance: While using the trailer as substitute housing, a binder needs to be put on your builders risk or home owners policy for contents and liability. We need a copy of this binder at least 14 days before delivery.

The charge of $95.00 which is applied to all Rentals, represents the following items:

Site preparation:
The following items need to be available when Trailer is delivered:
Water hose for trailer water supply filling/hook up
Level spot to place trailer
110 volt power outlet within 20ft of placement site
Outdoor extension cord - if necessary
Delivery: $50 per hour for delivery, training, set-up and pickup
