As you know, last week my family and I rented the 31' RV from you and I have to tell you from the time we pulled into your office and laid our eyes on the RV I knew we made the right choice. I could see it in the expressions on the face of my wife and kids! People work hard all year long and look forward to their vacation and last thing that anyone would want is to rent an RV that is not safe, clean, and in working order! You achieved all three of these at a high level! Your attention to detail before and after the return of the camper was awesome!
